Creating a profile to use the free-trial membership, monthly or yearly membership, or any other purchasing option on PowHer.Fit is subject to these terms and conditions.
Any person who creates an account on PowHer.Fit is considered a customer and is advised to review these terms carefully before finalizing their account or making any purchase. By creating an account or purchasing a membership, you agree to be bound by all terms below.
Digital Content & Copyright
All digital products, resource materials, videos, and online content found on PowHer.Fit are subject to copyright protection. Each digital product and all online content available to the member is licensed to a single user only.
Prohibited Actions
Copying, distributing, sharing, or transferring purchased content to any third party or person
Sharing or transferring your username and/or password to another individual
PowHer.Fit LLC may encrypt, force password-protect, and/or stamp license details (including customer name and address) on digital products to ensure additional security.
Billing & Auto-Renewal
Membership cost is recurring billing that auto-renews based on your selected membership plan (monthly or yearly). The payment method used on your first purchase will be used to auto-renew your account.
Monthly Example
Purchased January 1st → auto-renews on the 1st of every month thereafter.
Yearly Example
Purchased January 1st → auto-renews on January 1st each year thereafter.
All transactions are processed through payment gateways including Stripe and PayPal, which use SSL encryption. These gateways are safe and secure for all major credit and debit cards. Your card details are not stored during this process. You may update or change your payment method via your account at any time.
Promotional Codes & Coupons
Influencer codes and coupons must be applied to cart at checkout to be valid. Codes only apply to the first payment unless otherwise stated.
How it works
Codes have best value when applied to a Yearly membership, since the discount applies to a larger single payment.
If applied to a Monthly membership, the discount is deducted from the first month only. All subsequent months are billed at the regular price.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time. However, all purchases on PowHer.Fit are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Because our products are intangible digital goods, no refunds or credits will be issued for unused subscription periods, accidental purchases, medical conditions, or any similar reason or event — unless required by law.
Access After Cancellation
Immediately lost: Access to the Member-Only Community Forum and Empowerment Coaching Small Group.
Retained until billing cycle ends: Access to all other programs and content through the remainder of your paid period.

By placing an order with PowHer.Fit LLC, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have parental permission to purchase from us.
You accept these terms and conditions, which apply to all orders placed with PowHer.Fit for the sale and supply of any products. These terms do not affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes shall be binding unless agreed in writing and signed by us.
Sales & Price Matching
When PowHer.Fit runs a sale or promotional pricing, we do not retroactively apply discounts or credits to previous purchases. Price matching for prior transactions is not available.
Payments & Currency
All transfers conducted through PowHer.Fit are handled by third-party dedicated payment gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card data is handled over SSL encryption.
Please review the terms and conditions of the payment gateway selected for your transaction, as they are responsible for processing. All payment amounts are represented in USD (United States Dollar) as this is the currency of our host country.
Marketing & Cookies
PowHer.Fit reserves the right to use remarketing with Google Analytics to advertise online. Third-party vendors, including Google, may show our ads on sites across the internet.

PowHer.Fit and third-party vendors, including Google, use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) together to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on users' past visits to our website.
Ad Reporting

Interest-Based Data
PowHer.Fit collects data from Google's interest-based advertising and third-party audience data (such as age, gender, and interests) with Google Analytics to improve ad relevance.
