From there, you can log in seamlessly through the mobile app and take the system with you wherever you go.

Your entry point is Strength 1.0. This is where your foundation is built. Strength, control, and precision come first.

From there, you move into Bikini Body Conditioning, where your physique begins to refine, tighten, and take shape at a higher level.

These two phases together create your first major evolution over 6 months. This is where most women experience their most visible shift in performance and body composition.

Once that foundation is locked in, you elevate into PowHer 1.0, where intensity, athleticism, and power come online.

You then complete the system with the PowHer Pair: Booty & Abs, dialing in the final layers of definition and detail.

If you are pregnant or in a postpartum season, your path begins differently. You will first move through the appropriate restorative phase before entering Strength 1.0.

This is not about doing everything at once. It is about moving with intention through each level so your body transforms the way it was designed to.

Every session inside this system is built for efficiency and impact. Most sessions are designed to run around 30 minutes, combining both high-intensity and resistance-based training.

But here’s the standard we hold:

You do not need to finish everything to win. You need to start.

Each session is intentionally structured so the most effective movements come first. That means even if you’re short on time, you are still hitting what matters most.

If you have extra time, you can layer in low-intensity cardio to support fat-burning and recovery. If not, you’ve already done enough.

You should adjust your active and inactive day calorie targets at least every month, or if you are on an aggressive 2lb/wk or greater calorie-deficit regimen, aim to adjust every 5lbs lost. Every time you adjust your calories, your macronutrient gram value targets will change, but the ratio should stay consistent (Ectomorphs 40C/30P/30F, Endomorphs 35C/30P/35F). See related blog here.

If you are pregnant, you’ll begin with Pump Your Bump. This phase is specifically designed to support your body through each trimester while maintaining strength, stability, and alignment.

If you already have a strength background and have been cleared by your healthcare provider, you can continue progressing within other phases using built-in pregnancy modifications.

Every movement is intentionally structured with adjustments to support your body as it changes, so you never feel like you have to sit on the sidelines.

If you’re newer to training, Pump Your Bump becomes your foundation. You’ll use the modified options to build safely while staying consistent.

This isn’t about pausing your progress. It’s about adapting your execution while still moving forward.

Postpartum is not a step back. It’s a rebuild into a stronger, more intentional version of your body.

Inside this system, your starting point is Postpartum HealHer.

This phase is designed to help you restore strength, reconnect to your core, and rebuild your foundation with control and precision.

It also includes nutrition guidance tailored for breastfeeding mothers, so your body is supported while you recover and nourish.

Before beginning, you’ll want clearance from your healthcare provider. From there, you move through this phase at a pace that prioritizes recovery without losing momentum.

And this isn’t limited to postpartum. This phase is also ideal if you’re coming back from injury, surgery, or time away.

Because building an elite body isn’t about rushing.

It’s about rebuilding the right way so your next level is stronger than your last.

Your training structure already integrates both resistance and high-intensity intervals in a way that elevates your heart rate, challenges your endurance, and builds a body that performs and looks elite.

If executed with intention, you will feel it. Your breathing shifts. Your heart rate climbs. Your body is being pushed.

That is cardiovascular conditioning working at a high level.

If you ever feel under-challenged, the adjustment is simple. Increase your load. Reduce your rest. Raise your standard of execution.

We do not overload you with unnecessary volume. Five days of focused, intentional training is already a high standard for most women to maintain consistently.

However, daily movement is non-negotiable.

The more you stay active outside of structured sessions, the faster your body responds. Walking, hiking, biking, being on your feet, living actively. These are the habits that elevate your metabolism, improve recovery, and support long-term results.

If your schedule and recovery allow, you can layer in additional low-intensity or steady-state movement. But it is not required.

This is about training smart, not doing more for the sake of it.

This system is built for real life, without compromising results.

Within a given week, you have full flexibility to move your training days around to match your schedule.

What matters is that each week is completed in its intended sequence. That structure is what drives progression and results.

So yes, shift the days as needed. But stay within the weekly flow.

This is where discipline meets flexibility.

An elite body is built through intention, not guessing.

In your first phase, you are trained to understand effort on a deeper level.

Instead of focusing on reps, you’ll move through exercises based on time. This teaches you how to push, how to sustain intensity, and how to recognize true muscle fatigue.

It does not matter what weight you start with. What matters is that you reach that point where your muscles are working, challenged, and engaged before time runs out.

This is how you learn your edge.

From there, you refine your intensity based on your goals. Whether you’re building muscle or leaning out, your execution, pacing, and recovery are adjusted to match.

First, identify where the pain is coming from. If the pain is coming from muscle tissue (along with a bone, hardens when contracted, softens when relaxed) you could be feeling a ‘burning’ sensation which is caused by lactic acid build-up during intense exercise. This is what you want to be feeling every single time you start a movement. Once the discomfort reaches an intensity of a 7 or 8/10 (10 being intolerable), that’s when it’s time to stop, rest, and let that burning sensation subside as your body flushes the lactic acid out of the muscle.

If the pain is coming from a joint (hip-socket, shoulder, knee, elbow, ankle, etc.), stop what you’re doing and try one or more of the following:
– Slow the movement down
– Reduce the range of motion of movement
– Use a lighter resistance

9/10 times, doing a combination of the above will fix the problem. This indicates that you have found the intensity your body is ready for, so continue performing the movement accordingly for the recommended duration. When you perform the same or similar movement in a few days, you should notice you’re able to modify less and do a little more.
