How Does the Challenge Work?

The challenge begins with being a powher.fit member, a transformative online fitness platform designed for everyone from beginners to fitness enthusiasts! As a member, you gain access to a wealth of workouts and comprehensive nutrition guidance, along with the tools and support to track your progress. Once you’ve joined, you’re ready to take part in the challenge! Not a member? No worries, once you purchase we will give you the next instructions to become a powher.fit member!

To get started, you’ll receive a submission link to upload your “before” photos and initial measurements. This sets a clear baseline from which you can see your growth and changes over the course of the challenge. You’ll then choose a Powher.fit program that aligns with your fitness goals. Each program offers a unique pathway towards better health and fitness, with varied workouts and nutritional guides to keep you engaged and on track.

After six weeks of diligent commitment to your chosen program and participating in our Challenge group, on which the highest scoring members will perform better in the final selections, you’ll be asked to submit “after” photos and final measurements. This will highlight your journey and progress throughout the challenge.

Randa will review all submissions and determine a winner based on the most significant transformation. The journey is rewarding, and the transformation is yours to keep, while standing a chance to earn recognition for your hard work!

I’ve been more cautious and aware of what I eat, and have taken out a lot of sugar and addded more protein and I feel a lot better about myself. I may have not done the challenge working out 100% but for me to start a challenge and actually complete one is a huge improvement for me!

Although this is my second challenge with PowHer fit, I have been on my PowHer Journey for about 8 months now. It’s been transformative to all aspects of my view points on health and nutrition and is one of the only consistent parts of my weekly self care. This journey has encouraged me to further my education and I’m now working on becoming a Nutritionist.

I have made a habit now of making sure my plate is balanced, I’m getting in my protein (but also my carbs for energy) and that I’m still enjoying myself because food freedom is the key to sustainability. I’m so happy that I put forth the effort and time of planning my meals each day and actually thinking about what I’m putting into my body. I’m so grateful to Powherfit and to my coach Hallie for helping me make small, sustainable choices that I can carry with me through this journey.

Before PowHerFit I had an “all or nothing mindset” often giving up a few days after starting any program. Now, I feel energized knowing my health will be a lifelong journey, which I am excited to prioritize. I do not work a typical 9-5 job so it has always been a struggle to find time to focus on my fitness and nutrition but PowHerFit has shown me that anyone with any amount of time or equipment can put themselves first.

I have injuries from car wrecks that prevent me from doing a lot of cardio, jumping and sometimes weights and if I’m being honest – I let it defeat me. With this challenge it was mind over matter for me, however, I quickly realized that by working out and doing the work, my mind cleared and it was easier to accomplish daily goals of just doing it. I listened to my body and did what I could handle and on the days of “I don’t want to”, well I handled it anyway.

I have a scale that measures weight, BMI, BF%, Muscle Mass, Bone, and H20 levels. I included those numbers below of my before and after. Even though this was a shorter challenge, I will still celebrate my wins and continue on these new lifestyle changes that have finally become habits!

These workouts are a little different than what I’m used to. I’m used to more traditional strength training with split days, hitting different body parts each day and not much cardio, so this was a bit of a challenge to adjust to because I realized I wasn’t in the best shape cardio wise . I feel so much more well-rounded with my fitness now than when I started six weeks ago. I loved the challenge! It was a good push to get me dialed in again.

The last 6 weeks really proved to me that if I want to reach my goals I can. I really struggled with my postpartum body and felt defeated. I was really low on energy and felt like I couldn’t workout. This challenge really made me focus on myself and reminded me that making time for myself is important. I can’t believe the physical and mental changes I have made over the last 6 weeks. I am more confident in myself. I have more energy. I am stronger and happier. I lost 8lbs but more importantly I lost 4.25 inches from my waist, 6.75 inches from my hips and many more inches from the rest of my body as well. This was definitely a reminder that I need to stay consistent and I will see the results I want. I can’t wait to see where I am at in another 6 weeks.
