I’m a twentysomething, small town girl who’s ‘tried it all’ and took the long road to get here. 

Starting in high school and throughout college, I would do crash diets and high cardio (like many of us ladies who think that’s the key to lose weight). As you can probably guess.. it never worked. About a year after graduating college, I got engaged while simultaneously hitting my highest weight on the scale. I finally decided I had enough of the crash diets, and I needed to do something that was actually going to work.

In early 2021, I decided I was going to start working with a coach – he was a body builder coach and I knew he was macro based, and I knew I’d get results.  

He ended up putting me on a meal plan and I ate the exact same thing every day, for weeks on end. Although I achieved the results, the meal plan diet led to an extremely unhealthy relationship with food. That’s when I found ADD Nutrition and PowHerFit.

One of the hardest parts of a health journey (in my opinion) isn’t knowing what to do, but actually executing it. I fully believe having guidance, support, and accountability can be the missing key for many women. That is where us coaches come in. This is one of the best investments you can make into yourself, and I can’t wait for you to join us!
